Knit piece “Dýfa” (e. Dive) made as part of Reykjavík’s Winter Lights Festival 2024.
The piece is made to celebrate Iceland’s swimming culture, which is underway of being officially registered on the UNESCO list of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Made of second hand wool & acrylic yarn.

Höfn, Iceland
Knit artwork "JÁ" (en. "YES"), showcased in the east coast of Iceland as part of Academy of the Senses' group exhibition "No.5 Around". The artwork is a metaphor for saying yes to opportunites and how colorful life can get when you decide to say yes to yourself, and stop being afraid of taking a chance.
Made of second hand icelandic wool scraps, plant- and acid dyed by hand.
