SHIPPING
Fözz can unfortunately not be responsible for packages once they have shipped. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier it is their responsibility. In the rare case of a lost/missing order Fözz can unfortunately not cover the cost or provide a refund.
If you are scared your order may have been lost in transit please contact the Icelandic Post with your tracking number.
If the package is returned from outside Iceland it will be sent out again with postage paid by customer, and can not be returned or cancelled.
If orders get damaged during shipping please contact Fözz via email and we will figure it out. Cost depends on each case.
RETURNS
Fözz pieces shipped domestically can be returned under the condition that the piece has not been worn, still has all tags intact and is in the condition it was sent. Pieces can only be returned within seven days after being received by buyer.
International orders may not be returned.
Made to order, sale, or custom pieces are all final sale.
PATTERNS
All patterns by Fözz Studio are made for personal use only. Patterns may not be reproduced, sold, or shared without permission from Fözz.
